I know the feeling. I love my Dad but when his quirks kick it into high gear I feel like I'm the rational one.

One day I'm going to end up taking over. Family legacy and we basically boost the local economy in a remote area. If you don't have a generational farm or trade you probably work for my family kind of deal. It's a lot of responsibility I'm not ready for.
I want to at least get some experience. People deserve a boss who knows what they're doing. As eccentric as my Dad is he's good at running the business side of things.
