It's as the tagline says. Maybe you want to be here - have a few laughs, get to know some new people, make new friends, maybe take someone home - or, maybe you don't. Either way, you're here, complete with a name tag, a list of preferences, and a mysterious magical force that's keeping you from leaving. Whether compelled to sit at your table and wait for your next match, or to visit tables yourself, it's time to partake in a thrilling game of speed dating. And no, you don't have a choice, so you might as well make the most of it.

How to Play:
- Make a top level with your character name and canon in the subject line. Include in your top level what's written on your character's tag. You may use this format if you wish:

Feel free to assume that your character filled it out themselves, or that it was magically filled out for them when they arrived and they aren't able to remove it. Whatever suits your character best!

- Assume your character is either seated at a table awaiting matches, freely exploring the room, or being propelled by some otherworldly force to mingle. That is to say, tag around to other top levels and speed date away!

- It may be a good idea to put in your top-level some preferences for whether you are looking for shippy threads, friendship threads, funny threads, etc.. whatever you'd like!

- Tag around, have fun, be respectful, follow basic dwrp rules, etc.!

Anyone and everyone is welcome, including fandom characters, fandom OCs, canon OCs, AUs, CRAUs, etc.! Feel free to spread the word and thanks for playing!

You know, considering how the last few years have gone, I don't think any of my friends have the right to say I should "get out more." [Ritsuka sighs as the bell rings and she sits down across from Sorawo. Her nametag gives Sorawo the following factoids:

Preferences - Girls, but I'm not here to date -_-
About me - Research intern, shiftless vagrant. Have somehow managed to avoid dying in a variety of highly unpleasant ways, despite the world's best efforts.

Ritsuka has to admit, it was nice to get out without having to worry about some big world threatening something or other, or a small world threatening something or other for that matter. But getting dropped off at a bar for speed dating of all things wasn't exactly her idea of fun, and not even warning her in advance was definitely breaking the chivalric code, Gawain.

Still, she might as well at least try to have some fun while she's here. So extends a (gloved and mildly trembling) hand to Sorawo, smiling wide.] Nice to meet you.

Uh, yeah. [Nailed it.] I'm guessing you also ended up here against your will.

[Ritsuka chuckles, shaking her head in bemusement.] Really, I don't know what I expected when the biggest mansluts in the building made the executive decision to come with me on vacation... although Mash's dad probably just punted me to what he thought was the most age-appropriate activity for me that would also keep me away from his daughter, and Mr. Sunshine and the rest followed along because they thought it'd be funny.

Extroverts are a menace. Give me a choice between a beach party and a mixer, and I'll just stay home and watch five hours of youtube videos.

Ha, fair. I mean, I am one of those dreaded menaces I guess, but I know a few people who would probably try to rip out my throat with their bare teeth if I suggested they come along with me... if they weren't too anxious to try, that is. So I like to think I get it.

I have to admit, though. I'm curious. Who dragged you out here in the first place? Like you said, I imagine you'd be cozy at home watching YouTube videos right now if you had the option.

I honestly don't know. Showing up in weird places is just something that sort of happens to me. Even if this isn't my scene, it's a step up from the usual monster-infested wilderness.

[Ritsuka seems taken aback for a moment... before she laughs, her voice bubbly.]

...this is the point where I'd raise a glass, but I'm still a minor—I think—and I'd get a lecture from half the people in Chaldea if they found out.

You do not want to hear Archer's "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed" voice. Scarier than most of the stuff I've seen, and that's saying something.
